Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.

Please note: Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact us when you meet any questions, and we will help you to solve those questions. 


REFUNDS(if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to just return the items you receive and get a refund, you should know that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, the shipping costs we sent to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost (we sent to you) will be deducted from your refund.

Note:  please make sure contact us first for approval for a refund.

  • If you received the product(s) that do not conform to the one you see at our store, you could apply for return and a refund.(note: if for your own factors within your control, i.e. providing the wrong size, (but did not contact us to revise) then we can’t offer you a refund. In this case, we can offer you a exchange in the condition that you pay the return or exchange shipping fees.)
  • If you did not receive your parcel due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of TopWear(i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). You can contact us to apply for a refund within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days not including 2-5 day processing) has expired. 
  • If you did not receive your parcel due to the wrong delivery address you provided(not contact us to revise within 12 hours after you paid), we can't offer you the refund. Because you need to undertake the value of the issue parcel that can't be back once shipped.

For being approved for a return, please make sure your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After you contacted us and told us the reason why you want to refund, then our customer service will message you inform you to return the item(s) to us with the right address, If he/she ensures that you are an eligible refund.

EXCHANGES(if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alice@topwear.shop.

In this case, we can offer you exchange in the condition that you pay the return or exchange shipping fees.)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should e-mail us first.

1. If you want to exchange the item(s), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And also, pay us the extra shipping cost for reshipping the right size item or the one you want us to reship to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an return item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*NOTE: YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR EXCHANGING/RESENDING/REFUNDING REQUEST WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT.
